Return Policy

If you would like to return or exchange your order, we’re here to help! We offer returns within 7 days of purchase. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method on the cost of the item.

 

Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:

Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original product packaging.

Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.

 

To initiate a return, please complete the following steps:

Reply to your order confirmation email to request which products you would like to return. If you purchased from our storefront, please keep your receipt available for proof of purchase. You can expect to receive your return within 15-30 days after confirmation that your item is eligible for return. Any items that have been damaged or lost after purchase will not be refunded. If you think you received a damaged item, our customer service team will verify that your item to ensure that it is eligible for replacement.
